Organization & Culture
As an organization, we believe providing the best service starts with having the right systems in place and having the best people possible to work within those systems. CCWG heavily invests in our employees, providing top notch benefits and training. We currently have 12 office employees and a fully staffed field team consisting of Superintendents, Foremen, and Glaziers. We have a healthy number of glazing subcontractors that we partner with and utilize. We put a continuous focus on strategic growth and prioritize maintaining a family-oriented feel for our staff.
